Shipping

  1. Do you ship to international addresses?

    Currently we only ship within Australia.

  2. How are the orders delivered?

    The orders are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway, Allied Express or Direct Freight (VIC only), according to the size and weight of the item(s). A tracking number will be provided to you after your order has been dispatched.

  3. Can I cancel my order?

    Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped and our customer service team has approved your item return request, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

  4. How long does it take to deliver my order?

    The estimated delivery time frames after dispatch are:

    • For customers in VIC: approximately 3-5 business days;
    • For customers in NSW, SA and ACT: approximately 4-8 business days;
    • For customers in QLD, NT and TAS: approximately 7-10 business days.

      Due to the limited access of our carriers, we are unable to offer Free Shipping to certain postcodes.

      Note:
      • Delivery time only starts after customer payment has been cleared and the item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 business day after receipt of cleared payment).
      • We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
  5. When will my item(s) be dispatched?
    Most items will be dispatched the very next business day after full payment is received.
  6. Where can I find the delivery information?
    Tracking information will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can also view your order shipping information when you log into your account.

    Warranty

    1. Do you offer warranty?
      Yes. All products come with a minimum 12 month warranty, unless stated otherwise. Some products come with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty period information. The following terms and conditions apply to warranty:
      • This warranty does not cover products that are misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
      • This warranty does not cover any accessories or bonus gifts, unless otherwise stated. Accessories and bonus gifts include, but are not limited to: batteries, carry bags, etc.
      • Damage on Arrival (DOA) - Items that are damaged when arrived or appear to not be functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty:
          • You must check your item(s) and report the damages or faults, along with accompanying pictures or videos, to us by email within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply.
          • Please do not return the faulty item to us without our approval.

          • What should I do if there is a part missing?
            Please confirm that you have checked the packaging very thoroughly as small components may become loose during the shipping process. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer our assistance.

          • How long does it take to receive a refund?
            Refunds generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and we will notify you once the refund process has been completed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process the refund.

            Note: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
