As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your item(s) are in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, your item(s) will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order*. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Alternatively, you can view your order shipping information when you log into your account. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, please contact us at sales@MobileSolarPro.com.au.
*Most items will be dispatched from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, within 2 business days after full payment is received.
The estimated delivery time frames after dispatch are:
- For customers in VIC: approximately 3-5 business days;
- For customers in NSW, SA and ACT: approximately 4-8 business days;
- For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS: approximately 7-10 business days.
- Delivery time only starts after customer payment has been cleared and the item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 business day after receipt of cleared payment).
- We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.
All our products come with a standard 12 month product warranty, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for the warranty period and details. If during the product's stated warranty period the product presents with a fault, please refer to the instructions below relating to damages and faults.
Damages and Faults:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged or present with a fault during the item's stated warranty period, please send photos, or a short video, if appropriate, and a detailed description of the damage, or fault, to returns@MobileSolarPro.com.au:
- within 7 business days of receiving your delivery if your item(s) arrived damaged;
- within the item's stated product warranty period if the item presents with a fault.
You need to also state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Once your claim is assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Liability for the cost of return postage of goods, where applicable, will be determined on a case by case basis. Please do not attempt to return the item(s) without our approval.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped and our customer service team has approved your item return request, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refunds generally takes up to 2 working days to process, and we will notify you once the refund process has been completed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process the refund.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
